It takes more than just hardware and machines to produce flavours and extracts from the sea.  Though our company is based on state of the art machinery, it is the knowledge behind the processes that creates the real flavours. Creating the finest and high soluble flavours for industrial use, based on natural raw materials, is a challenging task and it takes experience and not the least access to raw materials of the highest quality. 

Our seafood flavours are extracted from natural and sustainable raw materials, from the cold and fresh waters of the north east Atlantic, through gentle processes at low temperatures. This preserves the nutritional values and enhances the unique flavours, and is our guarantee of a “best made” produce.

The finished products are available in either a concentrated liquid or a spray dried high soluble powder and serves as a perfect main ingredient in industrial applications such as soup bases, seasonings, batters, enhancers or any application where the natural taste of the sea is the intended savoir.
